Her expertise played a key role in the successful coordination of systems and procedures during the merger of Kuempel Services, Inc. and the Fred B. DeBra Company in 2002.

Debbie started with DeBra-Kuempel in 1999 as an Accounting Clerk, performing AR/AP functions and payroll processing. She was also involved in the information systems side of the company.
