Marshall has maintained our quality assurance program for operations and welding since 1993, overseeing our ASME-PP Stamp program along with our National Board R-Stamp. He leads by example, performing his responsibilities with care and attention to detail. Marshall authored DeBra-Kuempel’s Business Continuity Plan and is a Project Executive and Estimator for our industrial market.


Marshall has studied at multiple higher learning institutes, including the Ohio College of Applied Science, Raymond Walters College (now UC Blue Ash College), and Washtenaw Community College. He has also completed the four-year program of the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society and the U.A. Instructors Training Program. Finally, he is a graduate of the Pipefitters Local Union #392 four-year apprenticeship.

Marshall has been with DeBra-Kuempel since 1979 and has been in the industry for 40 years. He is licensed in the Commonwealth of Kentucky with a #013 Boiler License and in the State of Ohio with a Plumbing-Hydronics license. He also holds OSHA 10-hour and OSHA 30-hour training certificates. His professional memberships include the American Welding Society, American Iron and Steel Institute, National Fire Prevention Association, and the National Certified Pipe Welding Bureau.

All of this aids him daily in his leadership and implementation of high quality assurance standards and results.
