Vice President, Special Projects
Along with growing and managing a group of over 40 technicians, Joe, as Vice President of Special Projects, provides design estimate and project management for specialized projects, ranging in size from $5,000 to $5,000,000. These projects include renovations and installations at schools, food processing facilities, government facilities, and manufacturing plants.
Joe attended the Local 392 Apprenticeship School, Journeyman Upgrade Program, and Revco Cascade Refrigeration Training. He has been with DeBra-Kuempel since he started his apprenticeship 30 years ago. Through dedication and hard work, he has worked his way up the ranks from Service Technician to Service Manager to Senior Account Manager and, finally, to VP of Special Projects.
Joe has attended numerous trade schools over the last 30 years and maintains various licenses, including State of Ohio Hydronics, HVAC, Plumbing and Refrigeration; State of Kentucky Masters HVAC; West Virginia HVAC; and City of Middletown Masters HVAC. He also attends multiple training courses throughout the year to stay abreast of the most current developments in technology and trends to assist in providing the latest state-of-the-art advancements and energy savings technologies to his customers.
