In his first position as Manager and Sales Lead for the Automated Logic Controls Department at EMCOR, Greg implemented engineering standards and introduced new sales techniques, including demonstrational selling of the Automated Logic DDC product offering. Greg has gone on to lead the Controls Division to achieve fifteen consecutive years of Automated Logic sales awards, including the prestigious Million Dollar Club.
Greg's management and sales leadership has resulted in consistent growth in all vertical markets, including international projects. He is an industry resource for engineering consultation, ESCOs/energy sales, design-build contractors, facility managers, and owners looking to implement new technology. Greg is part of EMCOR’s national automation management team and stays current on new control theory and advanced energy savings techniques being used across the country so that he can continue to develop industry-leading energy efficiency solutions and sustainable projects for customers.
Greg received his bachelor’s in electrical engineering with a specialization in control theory, as well as a minor in nuclear engineering, from Youngstown State University. He also holds a CEA certificate.
With over 22 years of experience in construction/energy management and with an emphasis on the design and implementation of control systems, Greg’s experience includes system design, system programming, system estimating, system sales, project management, and department supervision.
Greg holds a NICET Level II certification in Fire Protection Engineering Technology/Fire Alarm Systems to complement his building control design experience. He has set engineering standards and designed advanced building automation systems for projects across the United States and Canada.
