Executive Vice President of Services
Bill oversees operation of the all service departments across all 7 of DeBra-Kuempel’s locations, which include 16 separate account groups managing and performing over 1,200 preventive maintenance services and thousands of time and material (T&M) calls annually. He oversees the performance and financials for the entire service division: approximately 500 employees across all locations that make up the mechanical service group, chiller group, plumbing service group, controls service, and service sales.
Bill has over 38 years experience in the HVAC and mechanical service field, the last 30 years with DeBra-Kuempel. He started his career in the industry as a mechanical equipment serviceman after he received two years of technical training at Northern Kentucky State Vocational Technical School. He went on to later attend Northern Kentucky University and receive an associate’s in Electronic Engineering. He has also earned a heating and air conditioning technical degree and worked as a journeyman mechanical equipment serviceman.
Bill currently holds Journeyman or Class A or Master licenses in Kentucky, Texas, South Carolina, and Mississippi. He also holds a Master Electrical license in Kentucky. Bill is active in the MCA and serves on the Health and Welfare Board for Local Union 392. He also served for 20 years on the Pendleton County Planning Committee and is a current board member for East Pendleton Water District.
In his spare time, Bill enjoys spending time at Cumberland Lake, tending to his beef cattle on his farm and most importantly, enjoying his children and grandchildren.
