Executive Vice President of Services
Bill oversees operation of DeBra-Kuempel’s service departments across all seven of our locations. This includes 16 account groups who are managing and performing over 1,200 preventive maintenance services and thousands of time-and-materials calls annually.
He also supervises the performance and financials for the entire service division: approximately 500 employees across all locations that make up the mechanical service group, chiller group, plumbing service group, controls service, and service sales.
Bill has over 38 years of experience in the HVAC and mechanical service field including the last 30 years with DeBra-Kuempel. He started his career in the industry as a mechanical equipment serviceman after he received two years of technical training at Northern Kentucky Technical College. He has a heating and air conditioning technical degree. He also attended Northern Kentucky University and received an associate degree in electronic engineering.
Bill currently holds journeyman or Class A or master electrician licenses in Kentucky, Texas, South Carolina, and Mississippi. Bill is active in the Mechanical Contractor Association and serves on the Health and Welfare board for Local Union 392.
He also served for 20 years on the Pendleton County Planning Committee and is a current board member for East Pendleton Water District.
In his spare time, Bill enjoys spending time at Cumberland Lake, tending to his beef cattle on his farm and most importantly, enjoying his children and grandchildren.
